Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 14 July 2021 – During today’s meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority’s Board (A.S.F.) has approved some measures with regard to the operation of non-banking supervised financial markets – insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

 

A)   Authorization

Authorization of Mrs. Dumitrașcu Oana Mădălina as director of Depozitarul Central S.A.;

Withdrawal from trading of shares issued by MAT SA Craiova and deregistration from the A.S.F. records, considering the completion of the procedure of withdrawal of shareholders in accordance with art. 42 of Law no. 24/2017;

Approval of the amendment of the Organization and Operation Regulation of NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a Unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat SA;

Approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the amendment to the Investment Policy Statement of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Prior approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund Aegon Esențial, managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the amendment to the Investment Policy Statement of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Aegon Esențial managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
