Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 11 January 2023 - At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) Council adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:
 
 
A) Regulation
 
Draft Rule amending Rule No 7/2007 on the private pension scheme prospectus, approved by the Private Pension Supervisory Commission Decision No 26/2007 (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 15 days);
 
The draft Regulation amending Regulation No 16/2010 on the voluntary pension scheme prospectus, approved by the Decision of the Private Pension Supervisory Commission No 27/2010 (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 15 days);
 
Rule on the management fee for privately administered pension funds (the draft will be sent to the Official Gazette for publication).
 
 
B) Authorisation
 
Authorisation of Mr Pătrașcu Doru-Dorel as member of the Board of Directors of Voltinvest S.A.;
 
Approval of Mr Paul-Gabriel Zarzără as member of the Board of Directors of the company Asigurarea Românească - Asirom Vienna Insurance Group S.A.;
 
Approval of Mrs. Stoicescu Mirela-Cristina as Executive Director of Proximus Broker de Asigurări S.R.L.;
 
Approval of the application of the Investment Management Company Patria Asset Management S.A. for the authorization of the Open-ended Investment Fund ETF Energie Patria - Tradeville and its registration in the Public Register of the A.S.F.;
 
Approval of the Simplified Prospectus consisting of separate documents with a view to increasing the share capital of Bittnet Systems S.A. Bucharest and the issuance of the Certificate of Registration of Preference Rights for the shares issued, with a view to their trading on the regulated market administered by the BVB;
 
Approval of the draft portfolio transfer agreement from Signal Iduna Asigurări de Viață S.A. to Signal Iduna Asigurare Reasigurare S.A. and approval of the draft merger by absorption of Signal Iduna Asigurări de Viață S.A. by Signal Iduna Asigurare Reasigurare S.A.;
 
Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Globasig Broker de Asigurare-Reasurance S.R.L. (transfer of shares, new sole shareholder, new significant indirect shareholder, duration of the administrator's mandate and duration of the company's operation);
 
Approval of the request for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the BCR Plus Voluntary Pension Fund, managed by BCR Pensions Private Pension Fund Management Company;
 
Approval of the request for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the AZT Vivace Voluntary Pension Fund, managed by Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private Pensions Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A.;
 
Approval of the request for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the AZT Moderato Voluntary Pension Fund, managed by Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private Pensions Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A.;
 
Approval of the application for approval of the amendment to the Individual Membership Act of the BRD Private Pension Fund, administered by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;
 
Approval of the application for authorization to amend the Individual Membership Act of the BRD Medio Facultative Pension Fund, administered by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
