Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 26 April 2023 – During today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Authorisation

Authorisation of Mr Ungureanu Ștefan Nicolae Marius, Mr Wanovits Franz and Mr Nedelko Martin Alexander as members of the Board of Directors of SSIF Blue Rock Financial Services S.A., following the reconfirmation of their mandates;

Authorisation of Ms Grecea Annee Marie as member of the Board of Directors of SSIF Muntenia Global Invest S.A.;

Approval of Mr. Mesut Yetiskul as General Manager of Signal Iduna Asigurări S.A., following the alignment of the company with the provisions of Article II of the ASF Regulation no. 20/2021 amending and supplementing ASF Regulation no. 1/2019;

Approval of the increase in the share capital of NN Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Management Contract for the privately managed pension fund BCR, managed by BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Private Pension Scheme Prospectus for the Privately Managed Pension Fund BCR, managed by BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment to the Management Contract for the Privately Managed Pension Fund NN, managed by NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment to the Private Pension Scheme Prospectus for the Privately Managed Pension Fund NN, managed by NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorization to amend the Articles of Incorporation of Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for authorisation to amend the Articles of Incorporation of BT Pensii – Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Custody Agreement for the assets of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Aripi, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
