On 23.10.2023, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2222 of 14 July 2023 extending the transitional period for third country benchmarks laid down in Article 51(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2222 is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. It shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
