Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 21 March 2024 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Authorisation

Approval of the application of Lion Capital S.A. for the authorisation to change the significant conditions on which the company was authorised, following the appointment of Mr. Gavrilă Florin Daniel as Executive Officer;

Approval of Mr. Nikolaos Delendas for a new mandate as member of the Board of Directors of Eurolife FFH Asigurări Generale S.A.;

Approval of Mr. Albu Claudiu - Marian as Executive Manager of Ivas Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the application of the investment management company Muntenia Invest S.A. for the authorisation of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of the company Societate de Investiții Financiare Muntenia S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation of Highcrowd Estate Technologies S.A. as a provider of equity crowdfunding services;

Approval of the EU prospectus for the increase of the share capital of Life is Hard S.A. Florești;

Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Raiffeisen Broker de Asigurare-Reasigurare S.R.L. (appointment of a new director and granting of a new director mandate);

Approval of the application of the company Societate de Investiții Alternative cu Capital Privat Sparking Capital S.A. for the authorisation of amendments to the company's Articles of Incorporation;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Management Contract for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital, managed by Carpathia Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for the authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital, managed by Carpathia Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Private Pension Scheme Prospectus of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital, managed by Carpathia Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;
