Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 27 March 2024 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

ESMA notification on the intention to apply the Guidelines on transfer of data between Trade Repositories under EMIR and SFTR;

ESMA notification on the intention to apply four ESMA Guidelines issued under mandates pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2021/23 on Central Counterparty Resolution and Recovery (CCPRR).

B) Authorisation

Approval of the application of Amundi Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. for the authorisation of Mr. Stefano Pregnolato, as member of the Board of Directors of the company, for a new mandate;

Approval of Mr. Hans-Uwe Herbert Müller as member of the Supervisory Board of Uniqa Asigurări S.A. for a new mandate;

Approval of Mr. Clemens Vatter as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Signal Iduna Asigurare Reasigurare S.A. for a new mandate;

Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Prime Insurance - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (change of the registered office and the duration of director’s mandate);

Approval of the EU prospectus for the increase on the offer for sale of non-convertible, unsecured bonds issued by Life Is Hard S.A. Floresti;

Approval of the prospectus consisting of separate documents, related to the initial public offering of bonds issued by Bittnet Systems S.A., for admission to trading on the regulated market administered by Bursa de Valori București S.A.;

Approval of the application of S.A.I. Broker S.A. for the authorisation of amendments to the Rules of the Alternative Investment Fund 'Fondul Oamenilor de Afaceri' (FIA FOA);

Approval of the application for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund Aegon Esențial, managed by Carpathia Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
