Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 30 July 2025 – At today's meeting, the council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures regarding the functioning of supervised non-bank financial markets – insurance, capital market, and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

The Financial Supervisory Authority Rule on the prospectus for voluntary pension schemes (the regulation will be submitted for publication in the Official Journal of Romania);

Draft Rule supplementing Rule No. 15/2009 on collection and payment operations carried out through privately managed pension fund accounts, approved by Decision No. 23/2009 of the Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro, for public consultation for 10 days);

Draft Rule supplementing Rule No. 18/2009 on collection and payment operations carried out through voluntary pension fund accounts, approved by Decision No. 28/2009 of the Private Pension System Supervisory Commission (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro, for public consultation for 10 days).

B) Authorisation

Approval of Mr. Virgil-Vasile Șoncutean for a new term as General Manager of Allianz - Țiriac Asigurări S.A.;

Granting of operating authorization as principal intermediary - brokerage company to First Broker - Broker de Asigurare Reasigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Individual Act of Accession to the Privately Managed Pension Fund AZT Viitorul Tău, managed by Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Management Agreement for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Moderato, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Management Agreement for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Metropolitan Life, managed by Metropolitan Life Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorization to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Metropolitan Life, managed by Metropolitan Life Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.
