Law No. 147/2015 on the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 78/2013 amending Government Emergency Ordinance No. 93/2012 on the establishment, organisation and operation of the Financial Supervisory Authority

The Parliament of Romania hereby adopts this law.

Sole Article. - Government Emergency Ordinance No. 78 of 26 June 2013 amending Government Emergency Ordinance No. 93/2012 on the establishment, organisation and operation of the Financial Supervisory Authority, published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, No. 391 of 29 June 2013 is hereby approved.

This law was adopted by the Parliament of Romania, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 75 and 76 (1) of the Constitution of Romania, republished.
