Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 30 October 2024 – At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Authorization

Approval of the application of Infinity Capital Investments S.A. to authorise Mr. Sorin-Iulian Cioacă, Mrs. Andreea Cosmănescu, Mr. Codrin Matei, Mr. Mihai Trifu and Mr. Mihai Zoescu as members of the Board of Directors of the company following their appointment for a new mandate;

Approval of Mrs. Saru Aura-Marilena Saru in the position of executive officer of Fly Insurance-Broker de Asigurare Reasigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the application for the authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund BCR, managed by BCR Pensii, Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for the authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Voluntary Pension Fund BCR PLUS, managed by BCR Pensii, Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund NN, managed by NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a Unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.
